I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The Terrace Suite was perfect for my family of four, with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The view from the room was amazing, and the location was superb in the heart of Florence. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided great suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. However, the hotel could improve by offering more dining options for guests.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were clean, stylish, and more than adequate for my needs, with amazing views of Florence. The service was amazing, and the staff were so helpful. The location was absolutely great, right at the heart of Florence, making it a perfect place for our short stay. However, the room could get warm in the afternoons and evenings despite the fan provided. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money.
